Streams include adult therapy leadership, paediatric mental health, complex/chronic pain programs, and service-growth mandates. Lead with substance: Provide individual and group supervision, act as a senior escalation point, and drive governance, documentation and clinical processes. What you’ll do: Coach & supervise: Guide registrars and early-career clinicians; run case discussions and peer supervision; give practical, growth-focused feedback. Hold complexity: Be the senior consult for higher-risk or complex work; support stepped-care decisions and escalation pathways. Lift quality: Shape protocols, templates and assessment frameworks; review reports; lead outcomes tracking and quality improvement. Stay clinical: Maintain a balanced therapy caseload (individual and group), with options for chronic pain assessments/programs where relevant. Model culture: Build reflective practice, psychological safety and collaborative habits across the team. You’ll thrive here if you: Hold AHPRA registration (Clinical endorsement welcomed).
